Returns Policy

  • WellPal guarantees that the product will be delivered in the same condition and specifications mentioned on the sale page.
  • In the event that you wish to return your order, just kindly contact us and explain the reason for returning the return and we will respond to you and take the steps to return the order
  • In the event that the request to return any product is approved, the product must be in its original condition and must be returned within the period specified by WellPal and informed of it. Otherwise, the product will not be returned.
  • There is no possibility to return some products to maintain public health
  • WellPal only guarantees defects resulting from incorrect shipment.
  • In the event of receiving a damaged order from the shipping company, it must be reported within two days from the date of receipt (including regular and official holidays) in order to take the necessary action. If this is not done within the prescribed period, the complaint will not be taken.
  • The refund of the amount you paid is in the same way that you paid.
  • Returning the paid amount to your credit card is done within 5 to 10 working days, according to the bank, which is responsible for the entire process, not WellPal.
  • The number for any transfer of funds to your credit card will not be available from us.
  • Some damage may occur to the packaging of the product as a result of the shipping process, in this case, WellPal will not be responsible for returning the item or refunding its value as long as the product is intact.
